FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – Haylie Zenner has made a habit of having success in the Twin Cities.

So why stop now?

Zenner, the Fergus Falls track and field star, put herself in position to have more success by committing to the University of Minnesota for next year.

“I am a big Gophers fan anyways, and the main reason (she committed) was because of the team,” she said. “I enjoyed spending time with them on my visit and the coaching staff is amazing and down to Earth.”

Zenner said she will also run cross country for the Gophers.
