The best movie I’ve seen in the last year? “The Amazing Spider-Man 2.”
Three words or phrases my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Funny, leader and a great friend.
At my first varsity practice, I felt … sick. It was way different from what I was us to with the little league football clubs I played for.
What is your favorite meal before a meet or game? Alfredo.
What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Going to state in all of the sports I have participated in at Eastview.
If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be? To not have as many clothing rules about football bands.
How did you balance school and sports throughout high school? I focus on school more than sports. If I had practice but needed to get some school work done, I might be a little late to practice.
Who is your favorite college or pro sports team and why? The Seattle Seahawks because of their defensive side and how they play together and not as individuals.
In 10 years, I hope I’m … in the NFL or Olympics. If not one of those two, be successful in whatever I study in college.
Do you have a secret talent — and if so, what is it? I’m a good artist. I like to draw.
What is the best sports advice you ever received? Never let anything get in your way. Always go for it and have fun with it. You control the game, the game doesn’t control you.
