CLASS 2A

Wayde Hall, sr., Stillwater: Third in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs. Placed first on Stillwater’s Class 2A champion cross-country team last fall.

Nadia Lorencz, sr., Farmington: State champion in the 100-meter hurdles (14.36 seconds) and long jump (17 feet, 11¾ inches).

DeAntre Smith, sr., Roseville: Earned state titles in the high jump (6 feet, 8 inches) and long jump (22¾ feet).

 

CLASS 1A

Carolyn Nye, soph., Blake: Set a new Class 1A record with a pole vault of 11 feet, 7 inches.

Carlie Wagner, jr., New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva: Record-setting basketball tournament star and future Gopher won the high jump (5 feet, 6 inches).
